  • We operate a distributed by design working policy so people can work from anywhere. We maintain an office in Shoreditch, London where we have a concentration of staff. We do not require people to attend a minimum number of days, but we understand that some people prefer to work in an office. Other staff are based from home. You will be expected to attend regular MeetUps (generally smaller location or team-based events monthly and larger all-hands meetings quarterly). These MeetUps are crucial for building trust and enabling us to work effectively as a team.

  • All employees are offered equity. We are highly transparent and share all key company KPIs regularly. We believe that the best performance comes from people that feel ownership – and one of the best ways to do that is to actually make people owners. Ownership also comes from feeling your voice is heard, and we make a lot of effort to make sure anyone in the company has the responsibility to make their own decisions and their opinions on how we can do things better are sought out.

  • Aside from equity and flexible and remote working, we provide access to gym memberships, staff discounts on all our products, and free therapy sessions and wellbeing support. We also have an allocated learning & development budget for everyone. We’re continuously working on a more comprehensive package: watch this space!

  • We want to hire the best people possible, and not disadvantage anyone brilliant just because they don't have a box ticking CV or are from an under-represented group.
