We operate a distributed by design working policy so people can work from anywhere. We maintain an office in Shoreditch, London where we have a concentration of staff. We do not require people to attend a minimum number of days, but we understand that some people prefer to work in an office. Other staff are based from home. You will be expected to attend regular MeetUps (generally smaller location or team-based events monthly and larger all-hands meetings quarterly). These MeetUps are crucial for building trust and enabling us to work effectively as a team.
