Founder and Executive Chairman
Passionate about creating brilliant products, Titus founded Europe's largest customer acquisition business MVF. MVF came no.1 in the Sunday Times Tech Track 2013 and no. 1 in the Sunday Times Best Companies To Work For 2020 and has over 500 staff across the US and the UK. Titus was recognised as the Entrepreneur of the Year at the National Business Awards in 2015.

Founder of Osney Media and Fast Growth Icons. Ben has spent the last 10 years using his experience of managing rapid growth to help other founders grow their businesses as an investor, advisor and most recently through the Fast Growth Icons event series.

Paid and organic search marketing expert. Over the last 10 years Alex has managed everything from large budget multi-country campaigns to launch strategy for early stage businesses and products. A part of the team that took MVF to the Sunday Times Top Tech Track win in 2013.
Laurence Booth-Clibborn
Founder and Board Member
Growth expert specialising in multi-channel marketing, growth strategy and early stage businesses. Extensive experience leading multi-channel campaigns with multi-million pound budgets across 15 countries. Most recently he has been driving growth in early stage businesses including acclaimed British fintech, iwoca.

Onyekachukwu Obi
Non-Executive
Obi is a Chartered Accountant and MBA from Imperial College who has spent the last 8 years working with businesses on strategic initiatives including financings and M&A activities. At PwC, he worked in the Banking and Capital team, advising the largest financial institutions in the UK before moving to the M&A Advisory team to execute global M&A transactions.
Natasha Heneghan Commercial Director
A results-driven commercial leader, bringing over a decade of experience scaling high-growth wellness, health, and consumer brands across the US, UK and EU. Responsible for the commercial function; driving revenue growth, strategic brand development, and multi-channel expansion. Specialising in building go-to-market strategies, leading commercial teams, and developing long-term growth with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and scaling brands into international powerhouses.
Leticia Rivero Head of Operations
Established and now leads the Logistics Function, managing a team of 10+ professionals and responsible for overseeing 3PL operations in the US, EU, UK, and UAE, alongside our own warehouse in Scotland to fulfil both B2B and B2C orders. Designed a technology-driven global supply chain moving 1M units across 3,000 SKUs in over 20 countries and continuously evolving and enhancing operations to keep pace with TM's relentless growth, ensuring the business is positioned for rapid scaling through repeatable processes.

Responsible for the overall financial direction of the business, allowing us to scale into the opportunities effectively. Previously finance lead at Trouva, working on the exits to Made.com & Re:store.
